RS485 interface device that provides 8-channel analog input to digital conversion (8 x DAC). This means that each input analog signal is digitized and sent through the RS485 port. Each input channel has connection terminals (V + and V-). The input channels are protected against voltage spikes and potential differences. Supports ASCII communication protocolsand Modbus with a full set of command, dual watch-dog and auto-reset. The module can be bi-directionally controlled remotely by a PC using either the ASCII protocol or Modbus RTU.
